This is an original mixed media piece of art by Tamara Laporte (www.willowing.org).

Materials include; acrylics, graphite, watercolour crayons, glitter, glitter glue, texture paste and star cut outs.

This painting was created in week 4 of my Art, Heart & Healing course. It has a special meaning to me as I enjoy the piece of art both aesthetically and emotionally/ spiritually. It was created as part of a healing exercise.

When hung in light (with spot lights aimed on it) it sparkles with a beautiful sparkly glitter glow. The wings have great texture which add a lot of character and interest to the painting. It would look beautiful in any room or bedroom.

The piece was created on Daler Rowney watercolour paper hot-pressed - 300g/m2.
