In this “hands-on” mixed media lesson, we will explore the art of creating unique motifs and elements using air-dry clay, and using that as collage bits on canvas. You will learn how to sculpt some of my favourite elements, transforming clay into imaginative designs. Once the clay creations are dry, we’ll take the next step by painting them with acrylics to add vibrant colour and dimension. Finally, we will incorporate the sculpted and painted pieces onto a canvas to create a cool 3D/ multi-layered artwork!
