Topic: We found a technical fault in our checkout!
We’ve discovered that a fault in our express checkout meant some orders were confirmed and access granted without the payment actually going through. It affected a number of orders between December 2025 and September 2026, and it has now been fixed.
We’re contacting everyone affected individually from hello@willowing.org. Those emails will include your order number and the exact amount, and any payment link will go to willowing.org.
We will never ask you to send card details, bank details or passwords by email or phone though! If this affected you, you’ll receive an email from hello@willowing.org with a link in it.
If you’re unsure whether an email is really from us, just reply to it or write to hello@willowing.org and we’ll confirm.
Our apologies to everyone caught up in this. It was our error, not yours.
