Lesson 1 of Life Book is always jam packed with content! :) This class is all about creating a ‘whimsical figure’ that represents a ‘guiding light’ for you. This class includes: 1. A guided visualisation/ meditation helping you to release fears & anxiety, both on video & audio of approx 22 mins. 2. An introduction to Colour Theory approx 17mins on video 3. A main lesson on making your ‘Beacon of Light’ – approx 2.5 hours of video content + in depth PDF. You get life long access and you can download all content.

Soooo, my next class will be learning how to paint Soooo, my next class will be learning how to paint "expressive soul portraits" (omg so excited about this!) and currently editing the videos and LOVED this shot of one of the portraits mid-way. What I love about this way of working is that you can get all your raw emotions out and just make crazy messes to help facilitate all of the stuff that is going on for you and then you come out of the process refreshed and renewed and sometimes (not always) with an emotive, beautiful outcome, too! 😊 Check out all the layers and textures in this. Think at this point, it's about 30% into the painting process. It goes through a lot more transformation before it's finished.
