Happy Self Love Valentine ♥️
Spent time painting this very sweet and soothing barn owl this evening. Even though I`ve been making art for years and know the calming effect creating art has on my nervous system; I continue to be amazed by how stress relieving it can be to just sit with paints and let the feelings flow. 😍
